Who processes your data

What data we collect

Only the details you enter in the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the type, date and location of your event (optional) and your message.

To protect the form from abuse, the server temporarily counts submissions using an irreversibly hashed value of your IP address. The IP address itself is not stored, and the record is deleted automatically after at most one hour.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal for your event. We do not use them for advertising and we never sell them to third parties.

Legal basis

Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a possible contract, i.e. to reply to the enquiry you sent us.

Who has access

Your enquiry is delivered by email to info@sound.ba. The website and email services are hosted by Leftor d.o.o., Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina, which processes the data on our behalf.

How long we keep it
